【摘要】 我国临床医学硕士研究生的培养模式几经转变。目前的专业型硕士研究生培养方式结合了研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训，提升了专硕临床能力的同时导致了科研能力下降。目前对专硕科研训练的具体程度不够明确，加之临床轮转工作任务重，科研训练在很大程度上被忽视了。需要调整专业型硕士研究生培养模式，加强专硕在读期间的科研训练，并从制度、导师、带教教师、课程安排、学生自身及科研氛围等方面提出看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training mode of master of clinical medicine in China has changed several times. The current professional postgraduate training mode combines postgraduate education and standardized training of residents, which improves the clinical ability of professional masters and leads to the decline of scientific research ability. At present, the specific degree of professional and master scientific research training is not clear enough, coupled with the heavy task of clinical rotation, scientific research training has been ignored to a great extent. We need to adjust the training mode of professional postgraduates, strengthen the scientific research training during the period of study, and put forward some views from the aspects of system, tutor, teaching teacher, curriculum arrangement, students themselves, scientific research atmosphere and so on.更多还原
