【摘要】 人才问题是党和国家十分关心的发展关键问题。20世纪90年代以来，创新型人才的培养成为世界各国高等教育和教学改革讨论的热点问题。随着我国全面依法治国地不断推进以及司法体制地不断完善，国家当前需要更多的高素质法医学人才参与社会建设。然而，目前高等院校对法医学专业人才的培养尚不能满足此要求。在此背景下经过多年实践总结，山西医科大学2019年成立“宋慈班”,致力于进行法医学教学创新改革试点，提出法医学“5+3/X”一体化创新人才培养方案。该一体化培养模式采用本硕/博连贯性教学、实践、科研，是以培养高层次法医学精英为目标的新型教学培养的一种模式，其有利于法医学科的快速可持续发展，为国家新型法医学人才培养体系的构建提供有力支撑，为国家建设、区域社会发展及法庭科学事业建设输送更多优秀法医人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talent is a key issue that concerns the development of the Party and country. Since the 1990 s, the cultivation of innovative talent has become a hot issue in higher education and teaching reform countries around the world. With the continuous advancement of China’s comprehensive rule of law and the continuous improvement of the judicial system, the country currently needs more highly qualified talents in forensic medicine to participate in the construction of society. However, at present, the training of forensic professionals in colleges and universities cannot meet this need. In this regard, after years of practice and summary, Shanxi Medical University established the Song Ci Class in 2019, which is dedicated to innovation and reform of teaching in forensic medicine, and proposed an integrated training plan of 5+3/X for innovative talents in forensic medicine. This integrated training mode adopts the coherent teaching, practice, and scientific research of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs. It is a new mode that aims to train highly qualified forensic practitioners. The implementation of the talent training system provides strongsupport and delivers more outstanding forensic medicine talents for national construction, regional social development, and forensic science construction.更多还原
