后疫情时代临床医学生公共卫生素养提升教学模式探讨——以《预防医学实践》课程为例

【摘要】 目的 探究后疫情时代《预防医学实践》课程对提升临床医学生公共卫生素养的价值,基于“健康中国”的国家战略需求梳理有效提升临床医学生公共卫生素养的教学模式。方法 采用问卷星发放问卷,调查某高校临床医学生在修完《预防医学实践》课程后获益情况及影响因素;同时选取12名学生代表,面对面访谈收集课程反馈意见。结果 参与调查的人数为304人,占总选课人数的70.0%。获益得分(总分为15分)的中位数为14分;对科研活动有兴趣的学生占97.7%,其中很喜欢科研活动的学生占22.7%,其获益得分的中位数为14分;对科研活动没兴趣的学生占2.3%,其获益得分的中位数为8分。学生自身对科研活动的兴趣、调查实施方式、选题阶段教师指导的次数对获益得分均有显著影响(P<0.05)。定性访谈与问卷结果基本一致,学生评价自己在科研素质方面获得了多方位提升,对公共卫生覆盖的领域及其与临床医学的联系有了更深刻的认识,部分学生提出希望能在选题、数据分析和论文修改环节获得教师更系统、深入的启发和指导。结论 以发现和解决身边公共卫生问题为宗旨的《预防医学实践》课程,让临床医学生在以教师指导为辅,自己实践为主的训练中,加深和拓展了学生对公共卫生内涵、价值和复杂性的认知;有效提升了学生的科研兴趣和能力;锻炼了学生面对挫折的意志力。建议医学院校大力推广临床医学生公共卫生实践类课程的教学模式。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of the course Practice of Preventive Medicine in improving the public health literacy of clinical medical students in the post-epidemic era, and to sort out a teaching model that can effectively improve the public health literacy of clinical medical students based on the national strategic needs of Healthy China. Methods Questionnaires were distributed by questionnaire star to investigate the benefit evaluation of clinical medical students in a certain school after completing the course Practice of Preventive Medicine; meanwhile, 12 student representatives were selected to conduct face-to-face interviews to collect course feedback. Results The number of respondents was 304, accounting for 70.0% of the total, the median benefit score is 14; 97.7% of students are interested in scientific research activities, of which 22.7% are very fond of scientific research activities, and the median benefit score is 14; students who are not interested in scientific research activities account for 2.3%, with a median benefit score of 8. Students’ interest in scientific research activities, survey implementation methods, and the times of teacher guidance during the topic selection stage all had a significant impact on the benefit score(P<0.05). The qualitative interview and questionnaire results were basically the same. Students commented that they had improved their scientific research quality in multiple directions, and had a deeper understanding of the areas covered by public health and their connection with clinical medicine, data analysis and thesis revision links to obtain more systematic and in-depth inspiration and guidance from teachers. Conclusion The course Practice of Preventive Medicine, which aims to discover and solve the public health problems around us, allows clinical medical students to deepen and expand their understanding of the connotation, value and complexity of public health through the training of teachers’ guidance and their own practice. The course also effectively enhances students’ research interest and ability. Exercise students’ willpower to face setbacks. It is suggested that medical colleges vigorously promote the teaching mode of public health practice courses for clinical medical students.
