【摘要】 中国正面临巨大的人口老龄化挑战，老年人的医疗服务需求急剧增长。临床医学专业的本科生是今后我国临床一线医生的主力军，将肩负起老年医疗服务的重任。目前的医学教育需要让医学生学会在临床实践中处理各种复杂的老年问题，临床医学课程设置应更加重视对老年医学知识和技能的培养。我国大力支持高等院校开设老年医学相关课程，如何在临床医学专业的本科教育中普及与强化老年医学教育是目前迫切需要解决的重要难题。本文讨论了目前中国老年医学本科教育的必要性、培养现状、教学定位和教学内容，并详细介绍了浙江大学老年医学本科教学“通识-基础-专业”的特色体系设想。浙江大学临床医学本科生专业培养方案将《老年医学》列入必修课程，主张由浅入深，循序渐进，从基础科学到临床教学，整合预防、诊治、康复、照护、心理干预、社会支持和人文等内容，形成老年医学教学体系。课程设计通过以团队为基础的教学，让老年医学的课堂学习变得立体而生动，让学生成为学习的主动者，培养本科生老年医学“整体性、连续性、个体化”的临床思维。课程重视对老年医学知识和核心能力的培养，帮助临床医学本科生更好地适应人口老龄化的医疗服务工作，为医学院校老年医学本科教育的开展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is facing a huge population aging challenge, and the demand for medical services for the elderly is increasing rapidly. Undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine will be the main force of first-line clinical doctors in our country in the future. They will shoulder the important task of medical services for the elderly. The current medical education needs to enable medical students to learn to deal with various complex aging problems in clinical practices. The clinical medicine curriculums should pay more attention to the cultivation of gerontological knowledge and skills. Our country strongly supports the establishment of geriatrics-related courses in colleges and universities. How to popularize and strengthen geriatrics education in the undergraduate education of clinical medicine is an important problem to be solved urgently. This article discusses the current necessity of undergraduate education in geriatrics in China, the current situation of training, teaching orientation, teaching content, and introduces in detail the special system of “general education-basic education-professional education” in the undergraduate education of geriatrics in Zhejiang University. The professional training program for clinical medicine undergraduates of Zhejiang University includes Geriatrics as a compulsory course, advocating from the simple to the deep, step by step, from basic science to clinical teaching, integrating prevention, diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation, care, psychological intervention, social support, humanities and other contents. They form the teaching system of geriatric medicine. The curriculum design makes the classroom learning of geriatrics vivid through team-based teaching, so that students become active learners. The curriculum cultivates undergraduates “overall-continuous-individualized” clinical thinking in geriatrics. The curriculum emphasizes the cultivation of geriatrics knowledge and core competence, helps clinical medical undergraduates to better adapt to the medical service work of the aging population, and also provides references for the development of undergraduate geriatrics education in medical colleges and universities.更多还原
