【Abstract】 With the transformation and upgrading of China’s economy and society, as well as the continuous deepening of comprehensive reform in the field of higher vocational education, holistic governance has become a reasonable choice to promote high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. The holistic management of higher vocational colleges is not only conducive to cultivating high-standard talents in higher vocational colleges, adapting to the positioning of type education, but also further promoting the modernization of the governance of higher vocational colleges.
