互联网+背景下的蜀锦蜀绣体验店探索
Exploration of Shu Brocade and Shu Embroidery Experience Shop Under the Background of Internet
【摘要】 互联网+时代的消费行为已发生巨大改变,对零售终端也提出了个性化、体验化要求。目前蜀锦蜀绣企业终端营销墨守成规且同质化严重,急需借助新技术手段实现突破与革新。文章从蜀锦蜀绣产品创新、终端场域设计、人员服务、文化价值传递等角度构建体验营销环境下的新型蜀锦蜀绣终端人货场,为蜀锦蜀绣企业突破终端营销瓶颈、实现产业振兴提供一些思路与借鉴。
【Abstract】 Great changes have taken place in consumer behavior in the Internet + era, which puts forward personalized and experiential requirements for retail terminals.At present, the terminal marketing of Shu Brocade and Embroidery enterprises adheres to the old rules and is seriously homogenized. It is urgent to achieve breakthrough and innovation with the help of new technical means. Therefore, from the perspectives of product innovation, terminal field design, personnel service and cultural value transmission of Shu Brocade and Embroidery, this paper constructs a new Shu Brocade and Embroidery terminal human and goods yard under the experience marketing environment, providing some ideas and reference for Shu Brocade and Embroidery enterprises to break through the bottleneck of terminal marketing and achieve industrial revitalization.
