基于“4M”理论粮库磷化氢熏蒸作业火灾事故危险源辨识

【摘要】 在我国粮食仓储行业中,害虫的防治尤其重要,磷化氢化学熏蒸是有效杀灭粮仓内储粮害虫及控制粮堆内菌群繁殖的重要技术手段,而在磷化氢熏蒸作业过程中对引发火灾事故的危险源分析至关重要。基于“4M”理论,对磷化氢熏蒸作业过程中人、管理、设备和环境等四个因素进行危险源辨识和分析,梳理出需要重点防范的危险源,提出改进的措施和管控的方法,达到降低火灾事故的发生频率,提高熏蒸作业效益的目的。

【Abstract】 In China’s grain storage industry,the prevention and control of pests is particularly important.Phosphine chemical fumigation is an important technical means to effectively kill the stored grain pests in the grain warehouse and control the reproduction of bacteria in the grain pile.In the process of phosphine fumigation,it is very important to analyze the hazard sources causing fire accidents.Based on the "4 M" theory,this paper identifies and analyzes the hazard sources of human,management,equipment and environment in the process of phosphine fumigation,combs out the hazard sources that need to be prevented,and puts forward improved measures and control methods,so as to reduce the occurrence frequency of fire accidents and improve the benefits of fumigation operation.
