【摘要】 回顾我国青少年足球发展历史，明晰体教双方在不同发展阶段的选择与态度。研究表明，我国青少年足球未能实现体教融合发展，存在体教分离、锦标主义倾向严重、政策执行乏力和背离社会转型方向等问题，与高质量发展的质量、效率、公平和可持续等要素相距甚远，这不仅是历史问题，更是现实问题。与世界足球发达国家的职业俱乐部引领、多体系融合发展、注重培养社会责任感和政策有效执行等经验存在较大差距。由此提出，我国青少年足球应明确体教融合责权利、搭建体教融合竞赛体系、建立体教融合监督评估机制、完善政府主导公益保障体系的高质量发展路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Review the history of the development of youth football in China and clarify the choices and attitudes of both sides in different stages of development. The research shows that the youth football in our country has failed to realize the integration of sports and education, and there are some problems, such as the separation of sports and education, the spread of championism, weak policy implementation and deviation from social transformation. it is far from the quality, efficiency, fairness and sustainability of high-quality development, which is not only a historical problem, but also a realistic problem. There is a big gap between this and the experience of professional clubs in developed countries in the world, such as leading, multi-system integration and development, paying attention to the cultivation of social responsibility and effective implementation of policies. On the basis of this, it is pointed out that China’s youth football should clearly define the responsibility and rights of the integration of sports and education, build a competition system for the integration of sports and education, establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism for the integration of sports and education, and improve the high-quality development path of the government-led public welfare security system.更多还原
