【摘要】 英国体育公共服务理论研究和实践探索起步较早，在体育公共服务财政保障方面有着丰富的实践经历，其成功经验可为我国体育公共服务财政保障提供有益借鉴。采用文献资料和逻辑分析方法，对英国体育公共服务财政保障现状进行分析发现，英国高度重视体育公共服务财政投入，为全体居民提供参与体育运动的机会。主要启示：增强体育公共服务事权与财权的匹配程度；健全体育公共服务财政保障的政策法规；强化体育公共服务财政精准支出；建立体育公共服务多主体投入格局和多样化投入方式；构建完善的体育公共服务财政投入绩效评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theoretical research and practical exploration of sports public services in the UK started earlier, and they have rich practical experience in the financial security of sports public services. Their successful example can serve as helpful motivation for the financial stability of public sports services in my country. This paper explores the current state of the financial stability of sports public services in the UK using literary analysis and logical analysis techniques, and demonstrates that the UK places a high value on the financial investment in sports public services and offers chances for all citizens to participate in sports. Main enlightenment: enhance the degree to which the power and financial power of sports public services are matched; strengthen the rules and policies governing their financial security; enhance financial accuracy in spending; establish a multi-subject investment pattern and diversified investment strategies; create the ideal financial investment performance evaluation system of sports public service.更多还原
