【摘要】 2020年，双重“黑天鹅”事件重创能源行业，而应对气候变化倡导的碳减排步伐并未因外部剧变而稍减。在此背景下，主要石油公司的“转型”已成为关注热点。2021年上半年，壳牌、埃克森美孚、雪佛龙三家石油巨头因在气候变化中所扮演的角色接连面临重大“清算”。目前世界正在不断改变油气行业商业模式和能源消费格局，施与石油公司的压力或将持续加码，促使欧美石油巨头的低碳转型再次提速。基于各公司战略调整和低碳业务情况分析，该文为我国能源化工公司的转型发展提出思路与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The double "Black Swan" event hit the energy industry hard in 2020, while the advocacy of climate change and the pace of carbon emission reduction have not been slowed down by external drastic changes. In this context, the "low-carbon transition" of international oil companies has become a current focus. In the first half of 2021, the three oil giants(Shell, ExxonMobil and Chevron) were successively besieged by courts, investors and environmental groups. They faced a major "liquidation" for their role in climate change. At present, the world is constantly changing the business model and energy consumption pattern of the energy industry. And the pressure on oil companies is expected to continue to increase. Therefore, in response to the changing global energy pattern,European and American oil majors are speeding up their low-carbon transition once again. Especially the American oil companies have changed their attitude towards low-carbon, and proposed the "2050 Net Zero Plan". Based on the strategic adjustment of each company and the analysis of the low-carbon business, this paper puts forward ideas and suggestions for the transition and development of Chinese energy and chemical companies.更多还原
