以精准混合教学提升大学思政课人才培养质量

Improving the Quality of Talents Training of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities by Targeted Blended Teaching

【摘要】 探索大数据驱动的精准混合思政教学改革创新,是新时代提升大学生思政课获得感的迫切需要。精准混合教学能更好地实现传统优势和信息技术的高度融合,满足大学生对思政课的要求,既要追求抬头率,又要提高点头率和回头率,回应学生普遍关注的热点、难点、焦点和深层次问题。通过改革思想政治教育教学,实现“务实教”和“有效学”的协调统一,完善教育资源有效供给和教学质量持续改进,解决思政育人难以“入脑入心”的“最后一公里”难题。通过线上线下、课内课外互联互通,不断增强思政课的时代感和吸引力。

【Abstract】 It is an urgent need to explore the reform and innovation of big data-driven targeted blending teaching of ideological and political course to improve college students′ sense of fulfillment of ideological and political courses in the new era.The targeted blending teaching can better facilitate the high integration of traditional advantages and information technology, meet the requirements of college students for ideological and political courses.The targeted blending teaching not only pursues the rate of “looking up”,but also improves the rate of “nodding” and “turning back”,and responds to the hot, difficult, focused and deep-seated issues that students are concerned about.By reforming ideological and political education and teaching, we can realize the coordination and unity of pragmatic teaching and effective learning, improve the effective supply of educational resources and the continuous improvement of teaching quality, and solve the problem that ideological and political education is difficult to get into our minds.Through the connectivity on-line and off-line teaching, in-and-after class teaching, we could enhance the modernity and attractiveness of the ideological and political course.
