基于丝网印刷发泡油墨的盲文印刷研究

【摘要】 丝网印刷发泡油墨可用于盲文刊物的印刷，高品质的盲文读物可以更好地帮助盲人汲取文化，丰富精神世界，享受阅读乐趣。本次试验通过改变丝网印刷的压力和角度，使用微球发泡油墨在铜版纸上印刷，探究最好的印刷效果。将微球发泡油墨经丝网印刷的方式，改变刮墨板的不同角度、力度、速度，将发泡油墨转移至铜版纸上，最后对发泡油墨在铜版纸上以不同印刷条件印刷的效果进行评估。结果表明，当刮墨角度45°搭配较小的力时和刮墨角度60°搭配较大的力时，印刷效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Screen printing foaming inks can be used for the printing of Braille publications. High quality Braille reading materials can better help blind people to draw culture, enrich their spiritual world and enjoy reading. This experiment explored the best printing effect by changing the pressure and angle of screen printing and using microsphere foaming ink on coated paper. The microsphere foaming ink was screen printed by changing different angles, strengths and speeds of the squeegee to transfer the foaming ink onto coated paper, and finally the effect of the foaming ink printed on coated paper with different printing conditions was evaluated. The results showed that the printing effect was better when the squeegee angle of 45 degrees was paired with a smaller force and when the squeegee angle of 60 degrees was paired with a larger force.更多还原
