【摘要】 中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来，习近平总书记多次作出传承和弘扬雷锋精神的重要指示，凸显了雷锋精神深刻的时代价值。雷锋精神包含理想信念、奉献精神、敬业精神、创新精神和创业精神等丰富内涵，深深地影响着中国人思想道德的形成。高校培育大学生雷锋精神，其意义在于用雷锋精神搭建起思想政治教育目标与大学生自身道德水平及需求之间的桥梁，以雷锋精神培养大学生多方面的道德品格。为此，高校应秉持以人为本的宗旨，遵循认知、情感、行为的教育规律，寻求更具实效性的教育方法，使雷锋精神真正成为促进大学生思想道德素质提高的有益精神养分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since China entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important instructions for carrying forward Lei Feng Spirit several times, which highlights its time value. Lei Feng Spirit contains rich connotations such as ideals and convictions, dedication, professionalism, innovation and entrepreneurship, which deeply affect the formation of Chinese ideology and morality. The significance of cultivating college students’ Lei Feng Spirit lies in building a bridge between the objectives of ideological and political education and college students’ own moral level and needs, and cultivating college students’ various moral characters with Lei Feng Spirit. Therefore, colleges and universities should adhere to the people-oriented purpose, follow the educational laws of cognition, emotion and behavior, and seek more effective educational methods, so as to make Lei Feng Spirit truly become a beneficial spiritual nutrient to promote the improvement of college students’ ideological and moral quality.更多还原
