【摘要】 体育强国背景下,切实增强我国体育智库国际议程设置能力,对塑造我国国家形象、国际形象、提升国际影响力与国际体育话语权具有重要意义。基于布迪厄场域理论三要素:行动者、资本、惯习,结合议程设置理论中的三维度:政策议程、媒体议程、公众议程,依次从宏观、中观、微观三个层面进行逻辑分析与演绎推理,继而得出系统化的我国体育智库国际议程设置提升路径:(1)宏观的国际政策议程设置场域:增强互动,推进体育智库国际化建设;培育人才,推进全球治理;坚定立场,维护国家利益。(2)中观的国际媒体议程设置场域:引领议题,提升舆论影响力;智媒互助,打造国际新媒体矩阵;加深交涉,增强“智慧”共鸣。(3)微观的国际公众议程设置场域:取长补短,争夺国际体育话语权;提升经费,保障体育智库建设;内外联动,构建利益共同体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of building China into a sporting nation,it is of great significance to strengthen the ability of sports think tanks so as to set the international agenda,to build China’s national and international image and to enhance China’s international influence and discourse power in international sports.This paper proposed the international agenda setting of China’s sports tanks based on the three elements of Bourdieu’s field theory:actor,capital and habitus,through the three dimensions of agenda-setting theory:policy agenda,media agenda,the public agenda and from macro,meso and micro perspectives.It was held that from macro perspective of international policy agenda setting field,interaction should be strengthened so as to promote the international construction of sports think tanks.Talented people should be trained to promote global governance.Firm stand should be taken to safeguard the national interests.From meso perspective of international media agenda setting field,discussions should be led so as to enhance the influence of public opinion.Intelligent media could be used to create an international new media matrix and to deepen the international communication.From the micro perspective of the international public agenda setting field,strengths should be learnt from each other and to entitle to the right to speak in international sports.More funds should be raised to ensure the construction of sports think tanks to build a community of shared interests from both inside and outside.更多还原
