【摘要】 静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是导致孕产妇死亡的重要原因之一。区域孕产妇VTE一体化防治管理对确保孕产妇生命安全具有重要意义。上海市浦东新区人民医院联合医联体内7所社区卫生服务中心，从流程、知识库、监管等方面构建了孕产妇VTE一体化智能防治管理平台，实现了孕产妇产前自评、门诊和住院评估、产后随访的全流程闭环管理。为进一步促进平台应用，下一步需持续提高VTE防控意识，完善VTE数据采集接入机制，提升VTE防治精细化水平，并探索其他专科/专病VTE防治医联体模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Venous Thromboembolism(VTE) is one of the main causes of maternal mortality. Regional integrated prevention and management of maternal VTE played an important role in ensuring the safety of maternal life. Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Hospital, together with 7 community health service centers in the medical alliance, built an integrated intelligent prevention and treatment management platform for maternal VTE from the aspects of process, knowledge base and supervision, and realized the closed-loop management of the whole process, including prenatal self-assessment, outpatient and inpatient evaluation, and postpartum follow-up. In order to further promote the application of the platform, it was necessary to continuously improve the awareness of VTE prevention and control, improve the mechanism of VTE data collection and access, improve the refinement level of VTE prevention and control, and explore the medical alliance mode of VTE prevention and control in other specialties/specific diseases.更多还原
