【摘要】 为解决多院区多个异构系统的数据整合等问题，某院以国家三级公立医院绩效考核指标上报为契机，以多院区异构信息系统为基础，将数据审核管理流程与信息系统相结合，建立了多院区数据上报平台。应用后，缩短了数据上报时间，减轻了业务系统压力，提高了数据上报质量。多院区、多部门、多层级共同参与数据审核，责任清晰，过程可追踪，从结果反向监管过程数据，是一种有效的数据治理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of data integration of multiple heterogeneous systems of multi-district hospital,taken the reporting of performance assessment indicators of national tertiary public hospitals as an opportunity,based on the heterogeneous information system of multi-district,a multi-district hospital data reporting platform was established by combining the data auditing management process with the information system.The application shortened the data reporting time,reduced the pressure on the service system,and improved the data reporting quality.It was an effective data governance method that multi-district,multi-department and multi-level jointly participated in data audit,with clear responsibilities,traceable process and reverse supervision of process data from results.更多还原
