【Abstract】 The intractable case discussion system is an important medical quality core system that guarantees the safety of medical treatment.In the form of case analysis,the main points of the system were elaborated in view of the problems in the implementation process of the intractable case discussion system.It was suggested that medical institutions should identify intractable cases as soon as possible,strictly regulate the qualification of participants,standardize the recording of discussion content,and promote the implementation and improvement of the discussion system for intractable cases.更多还原
