【摘要】 目的 在突发疫情期间，探索利用信息化技术对住院患者流行病学史进行实时精准化筛查。方法 依托医院现有的个人数字助手（PDA），完成患者及陪护人员的流行病学史筛查及信息汇总流程。比较系统改进应用前后住院患者流行病学史筛查人均耗时、3小时内流行病学史筛查完成率、当日住院患者流行病学史漏筛率、护士满意度等指标。结果 信息系统应用后，住院患者流行病学史筛查人均耗时明显缩短，3小时内流行病学史筛查完成率较之前明显提高，当日住院患者流行病学史漏筛率降低，护士满意度提高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 基于信息化技术可以实现住院患者流行病学史在突发疫情期间的快速、动态、精准化筛查，提高护士工作效率及满意度，提升医院疫情防控的管理效率及应对能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the real-time screening of epidemiological history of inpatients utilizing information technology during the partial outbreak. Methods Based on the existing personal digital assistant（PDA） in the hospital, the epidemiological history screening and information collection process for patients and caregivers were completed. Before and after the application of the system improvement, the average screening time of inpatients epidemiological history, the completion rate within 3 hours, the missed screening rate on that day, and the satisfaction of nurses were compared. Results After the application of the information system, the average time for screening of inpatients epidemiological history was significantlyshortened, the completion rate within 3 hours was higher than before, the missed screening rate on that day was reduced, and the satisfaction of nurses was improved. The differences were statistically significant（P < 0.01）. Conclusion Based on information technology, the rapid, dynamic and precise screening of inpatients epidemiological history during the outbreak can improve the efficiency and satisfaction of nurses and enhance the management efficiency and coping ability of epidemic prevention and control in hospitals.更多还原
