【摘要】 智慧门诊挂号就诊流程的构建与应用是智慧医院建设的关键环节。文章结合门诊就诊的实际流程，将人工智能技术应用到门诊就诊环节中，根据不同时间段患者的密集度，结合医生看诊效率，借助信息化技术，实现智能签到入队，缩短就诊等候时间，提高了患者的门诊就诊效率。通过对就诊队列的再细分，区分不同环节的就诊患者队列，设置叫号规则，统一管理就诊队列，构建了智慧门诊系统架构，优化了门诊就诊流程，提高了就诊效率，提升患者就医体验感与就医获得感。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction and application of smart outpatient registration process is the key link in the construction of smart hospital. This paper combines with the actual process of outpatient treatment, applies the artificial intelligence technology. Based on the density of visiting patients within the different time periods, considering the efficiency of doctors, with the help of information technology, realizes intelligent sign in and line up, shortens waiting time, improves efficiency at outpatient. By further subdividing the visit queue, we distinguish the visit patient queues of different links, set call rules, and manage the visit queue uniformly.
