考虑施工期荷载作用的再生路面疲劳损伤分析
Fatigue damage analysis of recycled pavement considering load during construction period
【摘要】 通过调查施工期及运营期轴载,建立了4种工况模型模拟施工期及运营期不同路面结构,进行了疲劳试验,并引入施工期及运营期综合修正系数,得到再生层及水稳底基层修正后的疲劳寿命方程,计算了不同工况下水稳底基层及再生基层疲劳寿命,采用Miner损伤理论分析了再生路面结构底基层施工期及运营期疲劳损伤规律。结果表明,水稳底基层施工期疲劳损伤占总疲劳寿命的44%以上,而再生基层施工期疲劳损伤不足0.1%;考虑施工期及运营期再生路面基层及底基层累计损伤,双层面层+冷再生基层+水稳底基层+铣刨后旧路疲劳损伤寿命为12.7 a,双层面层+热再生基层+水稳底基层+铣刨后旧路疲劳损伤寿命为14.1 a,推荐G30小乌段采用热再生路面结构。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the axle load during construction and operation period is investigated, and four working condition models are established to simulate different pavement structures in construction period and operation period. Fatigue test is carried out, and comprehensive correction coefficient of construction period and operation period is introduced to obtain the modified fatigue life equation of recycled layer and water stable subbase, and the fatigue life of water stable subbase and recycled base under different working conditions is calculated. By using Miner’s damage theory, the fatigue damage law of the subbase of recycled pavement structure in construction period and operation period is analyzed. The results show that the fatigue damage in the construction period of the water stable subbase accounts for more than 44% of the total fatigue life, while the fatigue damage of the recycled base course is less than 0.1%. Considering the cumulative damage of the recycled pavement base and subbase during the construction and operation periods, the fatigue damage life of the old road is 12.7 a after the treatments of double layer surface+cold recycled base+water stable subbase+milling and planing, and the fatigue damage life of the old road is 14.1 a after the treatments of double layer+thermal regeneration base+water stable base+milling and planing. It is recommended that hot recycling pavement structure be used in G30 Xiaowu section.
