【摘要】 [目的]了解我国乡村医生的薪酬现状。[方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取我国6省12县1660名乡村医生，对其薪酬水平、结构以及薪酬满意度进行问卷调查。[结果]目前我国乡村医生平均月收入为2421元，一般诊疗收入、基本公卫补助和基本药物补助3项收入的构成比约为4∶4∶2,薪酬满意度评分为2.15分(满分5分),基本公卫服务占比、管理形式、每月接诊患者数量以及医保类别等对薪酬满意度有较大影响。[结论]乡村医生薪酬水平较低、薪酬差距较小、付出与回报不相符，政府对乡村医生实现其功能定位的保障机制不健全是根本原因。政府应积极承担村卫生室的办医责任，加大财政投入，提高诊疗服务费和各项补助水平，并提高乡村医生的养老、医疗保障待遇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the remuneration status of village doctors in China. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to survey 1660 village doctors in 12 counties of 6 provinces, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the salary level, structure and satisfaction of village doctors. Results At present, the average income of village doctors was 2421 yuan per month, the composition ratio of general medical income, basic public health subsidy and basic medicine subsidy was close to 4∶4∶2. Remuneration satisfaction score was 2.15(full score of 5). Proportion of basic public health services, management style, number of patients admitted per month and health insurance category had great influence on remuneration satisfaction. Conclusions The remuneration level of village doctors is low, compensation gap is small, and inconsistent pay and return of village doctors. Imperfect guarantee mechanism of the government for village doctors to realize their functional positioning. The government should undertake the responsibility of village clinics, increase financial input, raise the level of medical service fees and subsidies, and improve the pension and medical security treatment of village doctors.更多还原
