【摘要】 [目的]以济宁市精神病防治院近年来抑郁症患者住院费用的资料为样本，分析影响抑郁症患者住院费用的因素，为合理控制抑郁症患者住院费用提供参考。[方法]收集该院2017年1月1日-2019年12月31日第一诊断符合ICD-10抑郁发作诊断的抑郁症出院患者共8450例住院费用资料，进行灰色关联分析、结构变动度分析。[结果]2017-2019年，抑郁症患者次均住院费用构成占比较高的前4个项目依次是检查费、治疗费、检验费、床位费；关联度排前4位的依次是检查费(1.0000)、治疗费(0.9603)、检验费(0.8914)、床位费(0.8837);结构变动贡献排前4位的依次是检查费(39.61%)、检验费(33.99%)、药费(13.2%)、治疗费(8.57%)。[结论]影响抑郁症患者住院费用的首要因素是检查费，其次是检验费、治疗费。建议进一步优化调整费用结构，规范诊疗行为，设计整体性控费指标，并加强监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It took the data of hospitalization cost of depression patient in Jining psychiatric hospital in recent year as the sample, analyzed the related factors affecting the hospitalization costs of patients with depression so as to provide reference for the rational control of hospitalization cost of depression patient. Methods The hospitalization costs data of 8450 patients with depression who were first diagnosed with ICD-10 depressive episode from Jan. 1,2017 to Dec. 31,2019 in the hospital were collected for grey correlation analysis and structural variability analysis. Results From 2017 to 2019,the top 4 of hospitalization cost proportions in depression patients in turn were examination cost, treatment cost, testing cost and bed fee. The top 4 of correlation degree in turn were examination cost(1.0000),treatment cost(0.9603),testing cost(0.8914)and bed cost(0.8837). The top 4 of contribution of structural changes in turn were examination cost(39.61%),testing cost(33.99%),drug cost(13.2%)and treatment cost(8.57%). Conclusions Examination cost is the dominant factor affecting hospitalization costs of depression patient, next are test and treatment fee. It is suggested that further optimize the adjustment coststructure, standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior, design integrality cost control index and strengthen the supervision.更多还原
