【摘要】 乡村小规模学校作为农村义务教育阶段的一种基本学校形态，对促进义务教育均衡发展和教育公平具有重要作用。然而优质教师资源短缺、教学资源供给不足等一系列问题长期制约着乡村小规模学校的发展，双师课堂作为互联网时代的一种新型教育方式，为化解乡村小规模学校发展困境提供了新途径。在梳理双师课堂内涵的基础上，通过案例分析提炼出异步、双向同步和单向同步三种双师课堂模式，并分析了其应用场景和不足。从优化双师课堂教学环境、强化教学系统稳定性、提升主讲教师教学能力、促进师生有效互动和强化远近双方合作等五方面提出双师课堂促进乡村小规模学校优质教育资源共享的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a basic school form in the stage of rural compulsory education, rural small-scale schools play an important role in promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and educational equity. However, a series of problems such as the shortage of high-quality teacher resources and the insufficient supply of teaching resources have restricted the development of rural small-scale schools for a long time. As a new educational method in the Internet era, the double-teacher classroom provides a new way to resolve the development dilemma of rural small-scale schools. On the basis of combing the connotation of double teacher classroom, this paper abstracts three double teacher classroom modes: asynchronous, two-way synchronous and one-way synchronous through case analysis, and analyzes their application scenarios and shortcomings. Finally, from the five aspects of optimizing the double teacher classroom teaching environment, strengthening the stability of the teaching system, improving the teaching ability of the lecturer teachers, promoting the effective interaction between teachers and students and strengthening the cooperation between distance and nearness, this paper puts forward the strategic suggestions of double-teacher classroom to promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources in rural small-scale schools.更多还原
