【摘要】 目的:探讨“体医结合”在康复治疗学专业解剖学课程教学中的教学效果。方法:选取皖南医学院康复治疗学专业2018～2020级200名学生为研究对象。3个年级均实行“师生易位”教学模式，其中2019、2020级在其基础上应用了“体医结合”的教学模式，在课堂上结合体能测试结果和动作演示，让学生从解剖学角度自主分析和讨论各个项目的测试目的、意义及相关临床康复护理注意事项，并思考如何进一步提升体能等级。结果:2019、2020级学生平时实验成绩、期末笔试成绩和课程总评成绩均高于2018级学生，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2019级和2020级间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2019、2020级学生期末笔试成绩和课程总评成绩优异程度均高于2018级，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2018、2019、2020级间平时实验成绩优异程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:“体医结合”的教学模式有助于提升康复治疗学专业解剖学课程的教学效果，促使学生更加重视解剖学课程的学习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the teaching effects of combining physical education with medicine in instruction of anatomy for students majoring in rehabilitation therapy.Methods:200 students majoring in rehabilitation therapy enrolled between 2018 and 2020 in our college were included.Students enrolled in 2019 and 2020 were instructed by combining physical education with medicine mode, and requested in class to actively analyze the test purpose, significance and points needing attention in clinical rehabilitation care based on physical fitness test results and movement demonstration as well as considerations on how to further improve the physical level.Results:The scores on experiment, final term examination and overall curriculum performance were higher in students enrolled in 2019 and 2020 than in those enrolled in 2018(P<0.05),yet remained no significant difference between students enrolled in 2019 and those enrolled in 2020(P>0.05).Students enrolled in 2019 and 2020 had higher excellence rate by the written test for final term and overall curriculum evaluation than those enrolled in 2018(P<0.05),whereas there was no significant difference in the excellence rate by experimental results among students enrolled in 2018,2019 and 2020(P>0.05).Conclusion:The teaching mode of combining physical education with medicine can contribute to improving the effect in instruction of anatomy, and attaching importance to learning of this curriculum in students majoring in rehabilitation therapy.更多还原
