【Abstract】 The survey shows that there are some problems in the integrated construction of Ideological and political courses in universities and middle schools, such as the imbalance of teachers’ ability and quality, the weak relay of inter academic teaching, the lack of effectiveness and innovation of teaching and research, and the lack of systematic and holistic guidance of teaching evaluation. Therefore, we should strengthen policy guidance and system construction, optimize teachers’ professional quality with "integration" thinking, build teaching communication matrix and teaching community,and promote the integration of teaching and scientific research.
