【摘要】 管理心理学的课程思政建设应该在把握课程思政内生属性的基础上，充分挖掘课程知识体系的思政资源。同时，基于建构主义理论，课程思政建设还应该关注学生在课堂上的主体地位。对参与中国科学技术大学《管理心理学》课程的学生进行调查问卷和数据分析发现，不同学生个体针对不同的教学环节和课堂内容的兴趣投入均表现出差异，这就需要管理心理学课程思政建设过程中充分运用这些差异，以优补劣、发挥协同作用，形成独具特色的管理心理学课程思政建设模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideological and political construction of management psychology curriculum should fully explore the ideological and political resources of the curriculum knowledge system on the basis of grasping the endogenous nature of the curriculum ideological and political construction. At the same time, based on constructivism theory, curriculum ideological and political construction should also pay attention to the subject status of students in class. To participate in the course of management psychology, University of Science and Technology of China students, questionnaires and data analysis, found that different student individual according to different teaching links and interested in all of the course content to show the differences, which requires management psychology course full use of the differences in the process of ideological construction, fill with better and create synergies, form a unique ideological and political construction model of management psychology course.更多还原
