【摘要】 供应链成员的合作行为是在彼此信任的基础上，通过契约的形式固定下来的。基于供应链成员的信任关系，探讨了如何构建合理契约的问题。供应链的长期稳定运行需要合理契约的保障，而现有的供应链契约协调中忽略了成员的不同利益诉求。基于共识决策方法，构建了基于信任的供应链契约选择共识模型，通过测度供应链成员关于方案的共识与分歧，并激活相应的反馈机制调整分歧，充分缓解矛盾，得到满意的供应链共识契约方案。该模型不但满足了供应链成员的不同利益诉求，又反映了供应链成员的信任关系，为供应链契约的合理制定提供了一种决策方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering that the trust relationship in a supply chain is usually built on the mutual trust between the supply chain members, this paper discusses how to construct a reasonable contract to formalize such relationship so as to ensure the long-term stability of the supply chain. Seeing that existing supply chain contract coordination practices often ignore the different interests of the members and based on the consensus decision-making method, this paper constructs a trust-based supply chain contract selection consensus model. This model measures the consensus and disagreement of supply chain members on a candidate contract, and activates the corresponding feedback mechanism to adjust the disagreement to fully alleviate the contradiction and obtain a supply chain contract choice by concensus. The model can not only satisfy the different interest demands of the supply chain members, but also reflect the trust relationship of supply chain members, providing a decision-making method for the rational formulation of supply chain contracts.更多还原
