【摘要】 面向新时代物流人才需求，首先提出了物流专业产教融合人才培养体系。然后，提出了物流专业产教融合平台的实施模型和创新机制，该平台具有交流平台、资源共享平台、人才培养平台、课程创新平台、教师职业发展平台、科研协同创新平台和就业创业平台的集成功能。最后，介绍了西南交通大学依托两个国家实验室正在打造的物流专业产教融合平台，及通过平台实施产教融合人才培养的具体实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, facing the demand of logistics talents in the new era, this paper firstly proposes a training system for logistics talents based on integration of industry and education. Then, it presents the implementation model and innovation mechanism of the logistics specialty industry-education integration platform which incorporates such functions as communication platform, resource sharing platform,talent training platform, curriculum innovation platform, teacher career development platform, scientific research collaborative innovation platform and employment and entrepreneurship platform, etc. Finally, it introduces the logistics industry-education integration platform that Southwest Jiaotong University is building relying on two national laboratories, and the specific practice of industry-education integrated talent training through the platform.更多还原
