【摘要】 目的 探讨游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣在糖尿病足创面修复中的临床应用效果。方法 于2014年1月至2019年1月共4例糖尿病足患者在山东大学齐鲁医院接受了游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣移植修复创面的手术治疗，患者均为男性，伴足部坏疽合并感染，行清创、抗感染治疗后仍存留较大面积的创面，对患者控制血糖后行游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣移植修复治疗，术后给予抗感染、抗凝、抗痉挛治疗。对于外观臃肿的病例，皮瓣成活后于后期再行“去脂修整术”进一步处置。结果 4例患者游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣均成活，外观满意，功能良好。结论 将游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣用于糖尿病足创面修复，可取得良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of free anterolateral thigh perforator flap in the repair of diabetes foot wounds.Methods From January 2014 to January 2019,a total of 4 diabetic foot patients were treated with free anterolateral thigh perforator flap transplantation in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.All the patients were male with foot gangrene and infection.After the debridement and anti infection treatment,patients still had a large area of wounds.The patients were treated with free anterolateral thigh perforator flap after blood glucose control.Antispasmodic therapy.For cases with bloated appearance,the flap should be further treated with "fat removal and repair" in the later stage after survival.Results The anterolateral perforator flap of free thigh in 4 patients survived with satisfactory appearance and good function.Conclusion Free anterolateral thigh perforator flap can be used to repair diabetes foot wounds.更多还原
