【摘要】 针对当前国内高校普遍存在实验室安全管理人员匮乏的问题，为提高实验室规范管理效率，提出成立实验室安全管理委员会、完善实验室安全培训与准入制度，改进安全检查与反馈整改机制，制定《研究生实验室行为评定细则》,创建以研究生为中心的安全文化，鼓励研究生实验向安全、环保方向探索等管理模式。研究发现，构建以老师为主导，研究生为主体的实验室安全管理模式，让部分研究生参与实验室的安全检查、安全文化建设、档案整理等工作，加大实验室安全隐患排查力度，壮大整改督促队伍，不仅能迅速解决安全管理人员不足的困境，有效减少实验室安全事故的发生，还能提高研究生的综合素质和专业能力，提升高校的研究生培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the lack of laboratory safety management personnel in domestic universities, in order to improve the efficiency of standardized laboratory management, we propose to establish a laboratory safety management committee, improve the laboratory safety training and access system, improve the safety inspection and feedback correction mechanism, formulate the Rules for Evaluation of Graduate Student Laboratory Behavior, create a safety culture centered on graduate students, and encourage graduate students’ experiments to explore in the direction of safety and environmental protection. The study found that building a teacher-led and graduate student-led laboratory safety management mode, allowing some graduate students to participate in laboratory safety inspection, safety culture construction, file arrangement, etc., increasing laboratory safety hazard investigation and growing the rectification supervision team can not only quickly solve the dilemma of insufficient safety management personnel, effectively reduce the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents, but also improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of graduate students and enhance the quality of graduate training in universities.更多还原
