基于超弱光栅阵列的管道泄漏监测研究

【摘要】 针对长距离输水管道泄漏安全监测问题,采用干涉型分布式超弱光纤光栅阵列振动传感技术,构建一种非侵入式、安全可靠的管道泄漏实时在线监测系统,通过搭建模拟实验测试平台,对不同流速与压强条件下管道泄漏导致的振动信号进行测量和监控,实现不同管道泄漏特征的定性与定量分析。实验结果表明,该系统能够在线监测并及时诊断输水管道泄漏情况,对泄漏测量精度大于99%,且能准确定位管道泄漏位置及其泄漏流量。

【Abstract】 Aiming at monitoring the leakage of the long-distance water pipeline, a non-invasive, safe and reliable monitoring system for diagnosing pipeline leakage is constructed by using the interferometric distributed ultra-weak fiber Bragg grating array. Through building a simulated experimental platform, the vibration signals caused by the pipeline leakage under different flow rates and pressures are measured and monitored, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the leakage characteristics is realized. The experimental results show that the sensing system can monitor and judge the leakage of water transmission pipeline in real time, and the high measurement accuracy is demonstrated more than 99% for determining its leakage or nonleakage. Moreover, it could also accurately locate the leakage point and leakage flow of the pipeline.
