立柱埋深检测修正方法及埋深检测仪器研制
Development of Measuring Method and Measuring Instrument for Guardrail Post Buried Depth
【摘要】 为研制一款护栏立柱埋深无损检测仪器并进一步提升护栏立柱埋深检测的精度,降低埋置基础的不同对埋深检测结果的影响。作者以弹性波法为检测原理,搭建了以LabVIEW为软件平台基于虚拟仪器技术的护栏立柱埋深无损检测系统,同时提出立柱埋深检测修正方法,应用该检测系统进行了120组试验作为验证。修正结果表明:修正之前最大绝对误差为58.92mm,平均相对误差为1.272%;修正之后最大绝对误差为8.42mm,平均相对误差为0.14%;共有95%的埋深实际值位于相对置信区间之中,修正前后结果均符合工程测量要求。应用所提修正方法后,提高了检测精度,减小了埋置基础对仪器检测精度的影响,提高了埋深实际值在其对应置信区间内概率。
【Abstract】 To develop a nondestructive testing instrument for the buried depth of guardrail columns,further improve the accuracy of the buried depth testing of guardrail columns,and reduce the impact of different embedded foundations on the buried depth testing results.based on the elastic wave method as the detection principle,a nondestructive detection system for the buried depth of guardrail column based on virtual instrument technology is built with LabVIEW as the software platform.at the same time,a correction method for the buried depth detection of column is proposed,and 120 groups of tests are carried out with this detection system as verification.the correction results show that the maximum absolute error before correction is 58.92mm,and the average relative error is 1.272%.after correction,the maximum absolute error is 8.42mm and the average relative error is 0.14%.A total of 95%of the actual buried depth values are in the relative confidence interval,and the results before and after correction meet the requirements of engineering measurement.after applying the proposed correction method,the detection accuracy is improved,the influence of the embedded foundation on the detection accuracy of the instrument is reduced,and the probability of the actual value of the buried depth within its corresponding confidence interval is improved.
