脱硫石膏对微膨胀基层水泥性能与早期水化的影响
Effect of Desulfurized Gypsum on Properties and Early Hydration of Slight-expansive Road Base Cement
【摘要】 脱硫石膏产生量大利用率低,利用脱硫石膏制备了微膨胀基层水泥,并通过扫描电镜、XRD、TG-DTG研究了脱硫石膏对基层水泥性能及早期水化的影响。结果表明:脱硫石膏掺量为13%时,缓凝效果最佳;随着脱硫石膏掺量的增加,抗折及抗压强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,且在9%处达到最大值;脱硫石膏掺量增加可促进早期钙矾石的形成,但对水泥浆体中Ca(OH)2的结晶析出有一定抑制作用;膨胀率随着龄期的延长及脱硫石膏掺量的增加而增大,高掺量脱硫石膏基层水泥后期膨胀率的增量高于低掺量。
【Abstract】 In order to realize efficient and high value-added utilization of desulphurized gypsum and improve the performance of road base cement,this paper studied the influence of desulphurized gypsum on the performance and early hydration of micro-expansion road base cement with different dosage by scanning electron microscopy,XRD and TG-DTG.When the content of desulfurized gypsum is 13%,the retarding effect is the best.With the increase of desulfurized gypsum content,the flexural and compressive strength decrease and reach a maximum value at 9%.The addition of desulfurized gypsum can promote the formation of ettringite in early stage,but inhibit the crystallization of Ca(OH)2 in cement slurry to a certain extent.The increment of expansion rate of high content desulfurized gypsum base cement is higher than that of low content.
