活化煤矸石-石灰石复合水泥的性能研究

【摘要】 研究了活化温度对煤矸石活性的影响,并以活化煤矸石与石灰石替代熟料,制备了活化煤矸石-石灰石复合水泥。结果表明,试验所用煤矸石的主要矿物相为高岭石,其最佳活化温度为750℃,活化后煤矸石的7d后活性为103%,28活性为107%。活化煤矸石-石灰石复合水泥的水化放热主要集中于前30h,活化煤矸石-石灰石的掺入降低水泥的水化放热速率,延长了水化诱导期的结束时间。煤矸石及石灰石粉的掺入能够促进水泥颗粒水化。养护3d后,活化煤矸石-石灰石复合水泥的抗折强度为4.0MPa,低于水泥的4.4 MPa,且抗压强度仅达到了水泥的87.7%。养护7d后,活化煤矸石-石灰石复合水泥胶砂的7d及28d抗压强度分别为38.4MPa及60.3MPa,均达到了水泥的104%。

【Abstract】 The effect of activation temperature on the activity of coal gangue was studied,and activated coal gangue and limestone were used to substitute clinker to prepare activated coal gangue-limestone composite cement.The results show that kaolinite is the main mineral phase of coal gangue used in the test,and its optimal activation temperature is 750 ℃.After activation,the activity of coal gangue is 103%and the activity of 28is 107%after 7days.The hydration heat release of activated coal gangue-limestone composite cement is mainly concentrated in the first 30hours.The hydration heat release rate of activated coal gangue-limestone composite cement is reduced and the end time of hydration induction period is prolonged.The addition of coal gangue and limestone powder can promote the hydration of cement particles.After curing for 3days,the flexural strength of activated coal gangue-limestone composite cement is 4.0 MPa,lower than that of cement 4.4MPa,and the compressive strength only reaches 87.7% of cement.After curing for 7days,the 7-day and 28-day compressive strength of activated coal gangue-limestone composite cement mortar is 38.4MPa and 60.3MPa,respectively,reaching 104% of cement.
