隧道光纤安全监测系统设计及布设优化研究
Design and Layout Path of Optical Fiber Monitoring System for Shield Tunnel
【摘要】 为确保济南市济泺穿黄盾构隧道施工及运营期安全,针对穿黄隧道跨度大、掘进距离长、地质条件复杂等特点,采用光纤光栅和分布式光纤,监测重要断面管片内应力、位移、温度、螺栓轴力等关键参数,并综合光纤解调设备、LabVIEW虚拟仪器、数据库技术等,搭建了隧道光纤在线监测安全预警系统。为提升传感网布设质量,将传感网多种损耗分为点损耗和线损耗,进行定量测试计算。以传感网总损耗为目标函数,采用遗传算法对光纤传感网布设进行优化计算,优化后传感网络整体损耗值由220降为170。
【Abstract】 Jinan Jiluo shield tunnel across the Yellow River is of the characteristics including large span,long driving distance,complex geological conditions,etc.This situation makes it necessary to ensure the safety of the tunnel during both the construction and operation periods.Therefore,fiber grating and distributed fiber were used to monitor the key parameters such as internal stress,displacement,temperature,and bolt axial force in important sections.At the same time,an online monitoring and security prewarning system for tunnel was established by integrating optical fiber demodulation equipment,LabVIEW virtual instrument,database technology,etc.To improve the quality of the sensor network layout,the losses of the sensor network were divided into point losses and line losses,and the quantitative measurement and calculation were carried out.Taking the total loss of the sensor network as the objective function,the layout of the optical fiber sensor network was optimized by genetic algorithm.After optimization,the overall loss of the sensor network was reduced from 220to 170.
