戈登氏菌降解石油烃的研究进展

【摘要】 戈登氏菌(Gordonia)是一种罕见的放线菌,其种类繁多,有的菌株可以利用石油烃等复杂难降解有机物,有的可以产生类胡萝卜素和表面活性剂。目前国内外关于该菌属的研究报道较少,主要集中在环境污染物的降解方面,包括废水处理、油污降解、生物脱硫等。综述了戈登氏菌对石油烃的分解代谢作用,并从分子生物学层面阐述了降解机理,以期为戈登氏菌在石油烃污染修复中的应用提供方向,同时为开发戈登氏菌的新用途提供思路。

【Abstract】 Gordonia is a rare actinomycete with a wide variety of strains.Some strains can utilize complex and refractory organics such as petroleum hydrocarbons,and some can produce carotenoids and surfactants.At present,there are few research reports on this genus at home and abroad,mainly focusing on environmental pollutants such as wastewater treatment,oil pollution degradation,biological desulfurization and so on.The catabolism of petroleum hydrocarbons by Gordonia was reviewed,and the degradation mechanism was described from the perspective of molecular biology.We hope to provide directions for the application of Gordonia in the environment,and provide ideas for the development of new uses of Gordonia.
