国家体育场日照非均匀温度效应模拟
Simulation of Non-uniform Solar Temperature Effect in National Stadium
【摘要】 在太阳辐射作用下,由于构件间复杂的遮挡关系,大跨空间钢结构的温度场呈非均匀分布。本文基于空间解析几何关系,实现了构件遮挡情况的判断,并编制了钢板的辐射升温计算程序。以国家体育场钢结构为研究对象,对构件遮挡类型的判断参数进行了分析,采用ANSYS软件模拟了结构的稳态温度场,对比分析了结构均匀和日照非均匀温度效应。结果表明,结构日照温度效应呈现非对称和非线性的特点,下弦单元温致应力的变化幅度较上弦单元更大,对结构性能的影响与均匀温度效应相比更为显著。本文提出了一种实用的结构日照温度场模拟方法,可实现复杂体型大跨空间结构日照温度场及非均匀温度效应的模拟分析。
【Abstract】 Under the action of solar radiation, the temperature field of the long-span spatial steel structure is non-uniform due to the complex shielding relationship among components. In this paper, based on the spatial analytic geometry, the shielding situation of the component is identified, and the radiation heating calculation program of the steel plate is developed. Taking the steel structure of the National Stadium as the research object, the judging parameters of the component shielding type are analyzed, the steady-state temperature field is simulated by ANSYS software, and the corresponding effect of the structure is compared and analyzed with the non-uniform temperature effect.The results show that: the solar temperature effect exhibits asymmetrical and nonlinear characteristics, the stress variation range of the lower chord element is larger than that of the upper chord element, and the influence on structural performance is more significant than that of uniform temperature effect.The paper proposes a practical method for the solar temperature field simulation, which is capable of simulating and analyzing the effects of long-span spatial structures with complex shapes induced by uniform or non-uniform solar temperature fields.
