【Abstract】 Based on the reform in teaching materials, teaching method, teachers of higher vocational colleges,this essay discusses the teaching designing of Human Resource Management course. According to problems existing in current teaching,it is pointed out that the teaching content should be job-oriented and the teaching process should be student-centered.
