【摘要】 通过对“价值医疗”和美国GPO的内在逻辑进行分析,梳理美国价值医疗导向下GPO提供增值服务为医疗机构实现的效能;包括:物流价值、管理价值、技术价值、服务价值。文章结合我国集采的实际情况,从单纯追求成本节约向价值导向转变、探索多元化的药品采购主体、培养基于战略需求的增值服务进而提高医疗机构的服务效能3个方面为我国的医疗卫生领域集采优化提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the internal logic of "Value Medical" and the American Group Purchasing Organization(GPO),it combs the effectiveness of GPO providing value-added services for medical institutions under the guidance of value-based medicine,including logistics value,management value,technical value and service value.Combined with the centralized procurement situation in China,it provides references for the optimization of centralized procurement in China’s medical and health field from three aspects:the simple pursuit of cost saving to value orientation,exploring diversified drug procurement subjects,cultivating value-added services based on strategic needs,and then improving the service efficiency of medical institutions.更多还原
