考虑磁饱和效应的永磁同步电机高精度数学模型分析

【摘要】 永磁同步电机数学模型的精度对其控制品质有重要的影响。本文提出一种新型的永磁同步电机数学模型,可充分考虑磁饱和效应以及转子位置对模型的影响。首先通过电磁场有限元计算,获得电机若干工况下的电流、电感以及转矩的计算结果;然后结合插值方法,将电流、电感以及转矩之间的关系用确定的矩阵或二维曲面进行量化描述;最后基于该矩阵或二维曲面构建电机高精度数学模型。该模型的计算不再采用有限元方法,具备计算速度快、精度高的特点,其计算准确性通过有限元进行了验证,模型的建立有助于实现电机的高精度高品质控制。

【Abstract】 The precision of PMSM mathematical model has an important influence on its control quality. In this paper, a new mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed, which can fully consider the influence of magnetic saturation effect and rotor position on the model. Firstly, the calculation results of the current, inductance and torque of the motor under several working conditions were obtained through the finite element method; Secondly, combined with the interpolation method, the relationship among the current, inductance and torque was quantitatively described by the determined matrix or two-dimensional surface; Finally, the high-precision mathematical model of the motor was established based on the matrix or two-dimensional surface. Since the finite element method was no longer used in the calculation of the model, the model has the characteristics of fast calculation speed and high accuracy. The calculation accuracy was verified by the finite element method. The model is helpful to realize the high precision and high quality control of the motor.
