【摘要】 目的：对比超细经皮肾镜(SMP)与输尿管软镜(RIRS)治疗小于2cm的肾下盏结石的疗效差异。方法：回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年10月在我院接受SMP和RIRS治疗的符合纳入标准的73例肾下盏结石患者的临床资料，其中SMP组患者34例，RIRS组患者39例，比较两组患者的手术时间、术后住院时间、术后血红蛋白降低程度、术后血肌酐变化程度、术后感染、出血及结石清除率等指标的差异。结果：SMP组的住院总费用（20955元）明显低于RIRS组（27117元），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;SMP组的血红蛋白降低值[（10.5±8.0）g/L]高于RIRS组[（6.7±7.1）g/L]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,SMP组的结石清除率（94%）明显高于RIRS组（72%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：SMP和RIRS治疗肾下盏结石均安全有效，但SMP结石清除率更高，治疗费用更低，术后血红蛋白降低更多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect of super-mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy(SMP)versus retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)for lower pole renal calculi of less than 2cm. Methods:From January 2018 to October 2021,the clinical data of 73 patients with lower pole renal calculi less than 2cm treated with SMP and RIRS were collected. According to the surgical procedures,the patients were divided into SMP group(n=34)and RIRS group(n=39). The general and perioperative data were compared and analyzed. Results:The total hospitalization cost(20955 yuan)in SMP group was significantly less than that in RIRS group(27117 yuan)with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). The hemoglobin difference in SMP group [(10.5±8.0)g/L] was significantly greater than that in RIRS group [(6.7±7.1)g/L](P<0.05).The stone-free rate at the 4th week end in SMP group(94%)was higher than that in RIRS group(72%),with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SMP and RIRS are safe and effective in the treatment of lower pole renal calculi,and SMP has higher stone-free rate,less treatment cost and greater hemoglobin reduction after operation.更多还原
