【Abstract】 During the 14th Five-Year Plan, the innovation of digital technology is accelerated, and the library distribution resource industry is facing the test of transformation and development. Using the PEST model, this paper analyzes the macro environment faced by China’s university library distribution resource market at the present stage, and puts forward feasible suggestions for the transformation of the service of library suppliers in combination with the current demand of university library resource construction.
