【Abstract】 In the reform of talent training for expanding enrollment students in higher vocational colleges, the development of appropriate personalized talent training program is the key. The program development should be based on related standards and learning situation analysis. The training objectives and specification design should reflect the differentiation. The curriculum setting should reflect the autonomy and selectivity to the greatest extent. Teaching implementation and guarantee should be closely related to learning requirements.
