【摘要】 文章报道火针围刺结合中药内服治疗乳腺癌验案1则，认为乳腺癌总属本虚标实，通过对1例老年男性乳腺癌患者辨证施治，应用火针围刺肿块以消肿散结治其标实之象，结合中药内服调补气血、清热解毒治其本虚之候，两法合用标本同治。治疗结束后患者乳腺肿块明显变小，乳头溢液消失，随访3个月并于1年后复查，乳腺癌未见加重，疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article reports a case of fire needle peripuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer. It is believed that breast cancer is always a symptom of this virtual standard. By treating an elderly male breast cancer patient with syndrome differentiation,applying a fire needle to puncture the mass to eliminate the swelling and disperse the symptoms of its standard,combined with the internal administration of Chinese medicine to regulate qi and blood. The method of clearing away heat and detoxifying the original deficiency,the two methods combined with the same treatment of the specimen,the breast cancer mass became significantly smaller after treatment,follow-up three months and one year after re-examination,breast cancer did not show aggravation,the effect was significant.更多还原
