【摘要】 运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法，对我国竞技体育后备人才多元培养的困境与对策进行研究。研究认为，后备人才多元培养价值：加速体育强国建设，增强为国争光能力；实现资源多方共享，促进青少年健康发展。后备人才多元培养困境：体系衔接不畅，基层体系薄弱；体校培养落后，培养能力萎缩；融合基础欠缺，目标难以统一；社会主体薄弱，尚未形成支撑。提出多元培养路径：完善顶层设计，转变融合培养理念；多种模式并存，推进多元协同培养；加大社会组织培育力度，盘活社会力量；畅通人才发展通道，打通上升链条。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review and expert interview, this paper studied the current situation and difficulty of training competitive sports reserve talents in China. The research shows that the value of diversified training of reserve talents is to accelerate the construction of sporting powerhouse to enhance the ability to win glory for the country, and to realize multi-sharing of resources to promote the healthy development of teenagers. The difficulty of diversified training reserve talents includes poor system connection and weak grass-roots system, backward sports school training and low training ability, deficient integration foundation and inconsistent objectives, and weak social subject without formed support. Based on this, this paper put forward diversifi ed training paths: We should improve the top-level design to change the concept of integrated training, seek for the coexistence of multiple modes to promote diversifi ed collaborative training, strengthen the cultivation of social organizations to revitalize social forces, and unblock the channel of talent development to open up the rising chain.更多还原
