【摘要】 运用文献资料法与实地调查法，探究双减政策背景下社区青少年体育“三社联动”模式的发展机遇与发展路径。研究认为：目前我国对社区青少年体育“三社联动”模式的研究仍处于初步探索阶段，而双减政策的出台为社区青少年体育发展提供精准划分社区体育活动场域，促进社区场域重构；定向扶持本土社会体育组织，推动社会力量介入；促进社区青少年社会体育指导员队伍建设，加快人才培养创新的发展机遇。提出发展路径：立足社区场域，整合社会资源；扶持社会力量，强化主体联动；创新人才培养，提升服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review and field investigation, this paper explored the opportunities and paths for the development of community-social sports organization-social sports instructor model of community youth sports under the double reduction policy. It is concluded that the research on the community-social sports organization-social sports instructor model of community youth sports is still in the preliminary exploration stage. The introduction of the double reduction policy provides an opportunity for the development of community youth sports: It provides a precise division of community sports activity field to promote the reconstruction of community field, with directional supports for local social sports organizations to promote the intervention of social forces,promotes community youth social sports instructor team construction to speed up the innovation of talent training. New path: We should base on the community field to integrate social resources,support social forces to strengthen the main body linkage, and innovate personnel training to improve service level.更多还原
