雾霾天气下的光伏电站输出功率预测方法研究
STUDY ON OUTPUT POWER PREDICTION METHOD OF PV POWER STATION IN HAZE WEATHER
【摘要】 预测光伏电站输出功率对于光伏发电并网和电网安全运行具有重要意义,但雾霾天气的存在,对光伏电站输出功率预测产生了不利影响。针对这一问题,利用空气质量指数(air quality index,AQI)设计了雾霾天气下的光伏电站输出功率预测方法。以中国的某座城市为例,分析了不同雾霾天气下AQI与光伏电站输出功率折损率之间的相关性,证明了雾霾会对光伏电站的输出功率产生显著影响,并验证了以AQI=150作为判定AQI是否成为预测模型输入参数的阈值是可行的。该方法显著提高了在雾霾天气下得到的光伏电站输出功率预测精度,同时保证了空气质量较好时输出功率的预测精度。
【Abstract】 Predicting the output power of PV power station is of great significance for the grid connection of PV power generation and the safe operation of the power grid. However,the existence of haze weather has an adverse impact on the prediction of output power of PV power station. Aiming at this problem,this paper uses AQI to design a method for predicting the output power of PV power station in haze weather. Taking a city in China as an example,the correlation between AQI and the output power loss rate of PV power station under different haze weather is analyzed,and it is proved that haze will have a significant impact on the output power of PV power station. It is proved that it is feasible to use AQI=150 as the threshold valueto determine that AQI becomes the input parameter of the prediction model. The prediction accuracy of the output power of PV power station obtained by this method in haze weather is significantly improved,and ensures the prediction accuracy of the output power of PV power station when the air quality is good.
