微波辐射作用下构造煤渗透率变化规律研究

【摘要】 基于自主知识产权的微波辐射三轴加载实验系统,设计煤样在不同微波辐射功率、辐射时间及有效应力作用下的渗流实验,分析影响煤样渗透率的关键因素,并对实际构造煤层内渗透情况进行合理预测。以温升实验为基础得到煤样表面温度、辐射功率及辐射时间的拟合公式。分析渗透率的主要影响因素:有效应力、辐射功率,并对其进行敏感性分析。以能耗比的方式分析辐射功率与辐射时间的协同增渗情况,得出应选择较高微波辐射功率增渗的结论。通过辐射功率、辐射时间与有效应力对煤样渗透率影响的分析,使微波辐射增渗机理更加明确,对微波辐射热采技术具有理论参考及产能预测的指导作用。

【Abstract】 On a microwave radiation triaxial loading experimental system with independent intellectual property rights, seepage experiments of coal samples were condected under the action of different microwave radiation power, radiation time, and effective force, the key factors affecting the permeability of coal samples were analysed, and the actual structural coal seam infiltration was reasonably predicted. According to the heating experiments, the fitted formula of surface temperature, radiant powers and radiation time of coal samples was obtained. The main influencing factors of permeability: effective force, radiated power, and their sensitivity were analyzed. The synergistic permeation of radiation power and radiation time in the form of energy consumption ratio was draum. It is concluded that higher microwave power infiltration should be selected.Through the analysis of the influence of radiation power, radiation time, and effective force on coal sample permeability, the mechanism of microwave radiation permeation increase is clearar, which has a theoretical reference and guidance for the capacity prediction of microwave radiant thermal recovery technology.
