【摘要】 通过制备芳纶纳米纤维(ANFs)胶乳预分散体,将ANFs应用于白炭黑/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)复合材料中,探究ANFs添加量对白炭黑/SSBR复合材料物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着ANFs添加量的增加,胶料最小转矩(M_L)增加,最大转矩与最小转矩差(M_H-M_L)先增加后不变;硫化胶的100%定伸应力和撕裂强度显著提高;应变扫描显示,混炼胶及硫化胶的储能模量(G′)、高低应变下储能模量的差值(ΔG′)增加;硫化胶的损耗因子(tan δ)峰值随ANFs添加量的增加而减小。

【Abstract】 By preparing latex pre-dispersion of aramid nanofibers(ANFs),ANFs was applied to silica/SSBR composites, and the effect of ANFs addition amount on the physical and mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of silica/SSBR composites was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of ANFs, the minimum torque(M_L) of the compound increased, and the difference between the maximum torque and the minimum torque(M_H-M_L) increased first and then remained unchanged.Modulus at 100% elongation and tear strength of vulcanized rubber were significantly improved.Strain scanning showed that the storage modulus(G′) and ΔG′ of the compounded rubber and vulcanized rubber increased.The peak value of loss factor(tan δ) of the vulcanized rubber decreased with the increase of the amount of ANFs added.
