杂化聚氨酯基低阻尼材料的微观组织和力学性能
Microstructure and mechanical properties of hybrid polyurethane based low damping materials
【摘要】 聚醚型聚氨酯掺杂紫外线吸收剂THUV-328可以形成低阻尼复合材料。通过对材料的微观组织、力学性能及红外吸收光谱实验表明,小分子THUV-328与聚醚型聚氨酯热塑性弹性体(TPU)是物理混溶,在TPU中小分子无序、以棒状微粒形态存在。微观形貌分析表明,当THUV-328含量较低时,小分子能够较好地分散于基体内,基体TPU显示良好的连续完整性;当THUV-328含量较高时,体系的固溶平衡中THUV-328过饱和,小分子在脆断面的游离析出量增加;当THUV-328含量超过TPU含量时,基体平面连续性被破坏,脆断面缺陷处小分子聚集量增加,此时THUV-328起到类纤维增强体作用。复合材料的抗张强度和断裂伸长率实验表明,THUV-328在复合体系中的增塑和类纤维增强体作用相互竞争,竞争结果不同将导致材料表现出的力学效果不同。
【Abstract】 Low damping composites can be synthesized by doping polyether polyurethane with UV absorbers THUV-328.The microstructure, mechanical properties and infrared absorption spectra of the material showed that the small molecule THUV-328 was physically miscible with polyether polyurethane TPU,and the small molecule in TPU was disordered and existed in the form of rod-like particles.Microscopic morphology analysis showed that the small molecules were better dispersed in the matrix, which indicated good continuous integrity when the content of THUV-328 was low.In addition, the solution equilibrium of THUV-328 was supersaturated and the free precipitation of small molecules in the brittle section was increased when the content of THUV-328 was high.Meanwhile, the plane continuity of the matrix was destroyed and the aggregation amount of small molecules at the brittle section defect was increased when the addition amount of THUV-328 overed the TPU content, implying that THUV-328 played a role as fiber-like reinforcer.The tensile strength and elongation at break experiments of composite materials showed that the plasticizing and fiber-like reinforcement of THUV-328 in the composite system competed with each other, and different competition results leaded to different mechanical effects of the materials.
